When doing all of your lower chest training, you have to lower the weight slowly. That means after you push the weight forward you have to lower it slowly to feel the burn. You keep doing it until your muscle cannot do it anymore (you have to reach failure).
Just by doing you will increase the standard of each duplication that you do, you will not be able to do a lot of duplication when doing it. But you have to remember that when attempting to build muscle the standard of your training is the first thing that you should pay your attention. It is a lot preferable to do lower duplication with the correct form than doing many sales reps with the wrong form.
